Yes. GoGreen provides rough, final and touch-up post-construction cleaning for general contractors, developers and renovation teams, scheduled around project milestones.

Yes. Cleaning and porter services can be scheduled in the evening, overnight, on weekends or during business hours to minimize disruption.

Where suitable for the surface and the job, GoGreen favors lower-impact cleaning products and waste-reducing practices. Clients with specific sustainability requirements can include them in their scope.

GoGreen's commercial cleaning combines three parts: recurring janitorial service, on-site day porter coverage, and periodic floor and specialty cleaning such as stripping and waxing, carpet extraction and turnovers. Clients can use one part or all three under a single written scope.

Janitorial service is scheduled cleaning, usually after hours, covering the full scope of a space. A day porter works on site during business hours to maintain lobbies, restrooms and common areas between those cleanings. Many buildings use both.

Most commercial vinyl floors need stripping and refinishing once or twice a year, with regular burnishing in between. High-traffic areas may need it more often.

Post-construction cleaning is usually done in three phases: a rough clean while work is underway, a final clean after the trades finish, and a touch-up clean right before a walkthrough, inspection or move-in. GoGreen can handle one phase or all three.

GoGreen's maintenance services cover four areas: building and maintenance engineers (preventive maintenance, PTAC/HVAC upkeep and room repairs), labor force and staffing support, lock & key services including key control and rekeying, and general building maintenance. They are available to hotels and other commercial buildings in Manhattan.

Work that requires a license in New York City is performed by or coordinated with appropriately licensed professionals. GoGreen will identify any licensed scope when preparing a proposal.

GoGreen offers on-call labor for busy periods and special projects. Availability depends on timing and scope, so contact GoGreen with your dates and needs.

GoGreen's Hotel Services package can combine housekeeping and public-area cleaning, linen and laundry management, maintenance engineers, labor force and staffing support, and lock & key services. Hotels choose the components they need, and GoGreen builds a single scope with one point of contact.

Yes. Each component, such as linen and laundry management or engineering support, can be contracted on its own or combined with others.

Yes. GoGreen's linen and laundry management covers sheet and towel laundering, linen pickup and delivery, par-level tracking and linen room organization. Specific logistics are confirmed in each hotel's proposal.
